Glasgow City Chambers event

CIVIS 'Student Led Project' event

In March 2024, we hosted a week-long seminar and workshop series, welcoming faculty and students from European CIVIS partner universities. The objective was for staff and students to produce recommendations with a view of creating a pan-European framework for student led projects.

The event was one of the few projects selected for the Scottish Education Exchange Programme, created as a new instrument for international collaboration. To end the week, the City of Glasgow hosted a civic reception at the City Chambers, attended by the Scottish Minister for Higher and Further Education, Graeme Dey.
