Advanced Research Centre

Opened in June 2022 the £116 million Mazumdar-Shaw Advanced Research Centre (ARC) is the vibrant, creative and collaborative heart of the Western campus. It houses around 600 academics, postdoctoral researchers and PhD students working across five themes. The ground floor (level 2) is accessible to the whole University and the wider community, providing a forum for knowledge exchange and public engagement. COMPLETED

Clarice Pears building

The Clarice Pears building houses the University's School of Health & Wellbeing, enabling colleagues from the MRC / CSO Social and Public Health Sciences Unit at Renfield Street and staff at Gartnavel General Hospital to be co-located on the Gilmorehill Campus. COMPLETED

Adam Smith Business School & PGT Hub

The Adam Smith Building is a modern, purpose built and world-leading home for our Adam Smith Business School. It also contains the first dedicated facility for Postgraduate Taught (PGT) students, providing more space for PGT growth, research and teaching. COMPLETED.
